Only a 4 minute walk to beautiful papamoa beach, we are ideally located for friends and family. With a secure garden, beautiful salt heated pool and close to local shops, restaurants and bars (only a 10 minute walk). We are also only a 45 minute drive to all the attractions of the lakes and fun in Rotorua and a 15-20 minute drive to Tauranga and Mount Maunganui. With 4 bedrooms, Master with Super King bed, Large Ensuite & TV for Netflix, 2nd with King and smart TV, third having the option of King Single or made into a double and Office space as well and 4th is either a 2nd lounge or converted into a 4th bedroom with sleeper couch, TV and curtains and blinds for privacy. Our home is light and sunny with bi-folding doors opening out to our 8x4 metre pool with secure fencing allowing for fantastic indoor/outdoor living and a great entertainment space. Out the back of the house we have a beautiful sunny breakfast patio with 6 seater outdoor table and fountain area which opens out from the Dining room french doors. Our furnishings are light in colour and therefore appreciate all care given not to damage them. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL IS HEATED MOST OF THE YEAR BUT IS SWITCHED OFF IN THE COLDER MONTHS FROM MAY TO SEPTEMBER AS IT IS NOT EFFICIENT TO RUN DURING THIS TIME. THE RENTAL PRICE REFLECTS THIS.
